We aim to keep descriptions, prices, stock information, and technical specifications accurate. Minor errors may occur. Product photographs are illustrative, and component appearance may vary by manufacturing revision without affecting the stated function.

4. Orders
An order submission is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted only after we issue confirmation and, where applicable, successfully receive payment. We may cancel or limit an order because of stock errors, pricing errors, payment concerns, suspected fraud, shipping restrictions, or legal requirements. If a paid order is cancelled, the applicable amount will be refunded.

Consumables, custom items, damaged components, and products altered or used outside their specifications may not qualify. Manufacturer warranties apply where stated.
8. Engineering services
Engineering inquiries do not create a service agreement. Project scope, deliverables, timing, fees, intellectual property, confidentiality, acceptance criteria, and support will be defined in a separate written proposal or agreement before work begins.
9. Intellectual property
Except for credited third-party material, the website design, text, graphics, and Digilog branding are owned by or licensed to Digilog Micro Solutions. You may not reproduce or commercially exploit them without written permission.
10. Safety and technical responsibility
Electronic components and tools must be selected, installed, and used by appropriately skilled persons in accordance with specifications and safety requirements.
